Shipping Time:

Once your order has been processed and produced, it will be shipped to you. The average shipping time is 3 –8 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and there may be circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, holidays, or inclement weather, that could cause shipping delays. While we strive to deliver your package on time, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date as it is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Free Shipping:

Order Cancellation:

Address Correction:

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please notify us immediately by replying to your order confirmation email with the correct information. We will do our best to update the address within 24 hours to ensure that your package is delivered to the correct location.

Damaged Items:

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent any damage during transit. However, in rare cases, products may arrive damaged due to mishandling by the shipping company. If this happens to you, please contact us with your order number and a picture of the damaged product. We will gladly send you a replacement free of charge.
